Ingredients :

A teaspoon of ginger

Teaspoon of ghee
Of black pepper
Salt a large spoon
A pint of water
100g of Flour
Small Box of Tomato Center 50g (Tomato paste)
Half a roll of noodles
100 g of coriander and parsley
Directions :
1 In a cooker we put lentils + chickpeas + meat + onions + tomatoes + tomato center + chopped Celery + parsley + spices: ginger + saffron + salt + black pepper
2 Put two liters of water and close the pressure cooker and then put them on fire until the chickpeas are cooked And meat for 25 minutes at the latest
3 In a vessel , mix the flour with the water and stir well (by hand or electric grinder) In order for the mixture to become liquid
4 We open the cooker and after confirming the maturity of the meat, chickpeas and other elements, unload the fluid and move the flour and then add the roll of noodles while continuing stirring
5 Let it boil well and be served with dates and Al Shabakia
